Catch up with your old favorites.
All from the comfort of your computer.

Positively Published!
brings you everything you need to know about the latest virtual book tours from some of the most popular names in independent publishing.  Find out where on the internet your favorite independent authors are appearing, and join in on all the fun.

What is a virtual book tour?

A virtual book tour features several bloggers and websites hosting interviews, book excerpts, and guest posts from your an author during a specific time period. It is the perfect opportunity to connect with authors and ask them about their books.

What kind of things can I expect to find?
You'll find in depth interviews with authors, substantial free excerpts of new books, personal essays from the authors, live Q & A sessions, book reviews and much more.

Who can participate?

Any author with a full length novel, non-fiction book, poetry chapbook, or collection of short stories can participate.   Authors marketing individual short stories may not participate in the tour.  For purposes of this program, your book must meet the following requirements:

*Fiction or non-fiction titles, whether representing a single work or a collection of works, must be a minimum of 30,000 words or 50 published pages in length.

*Poetry chapbooks must include a minimum of 20 poems or, in the case of long poems, must be a minimum of 40 published pages in length.

*Book must be available for sale somewhere other than the author's own website (such as Amazon, Smashwords, BN, etc).  Either digital or print books are acceptable.

*Until further notice, books enrolled in Amazon Select may not be included in book tours due to the restrictive nature of the Select program in regards to sharing excerpts.

How can this be free?
Everyone involved in Positively Published! is volunteering their time to make this possible.  For independent publishers, connecting with the reading community is a reward in and of itself.  The people hosting tours and administering the program are dedicated to giving readers an opportunity to discover powerful and talented new voices in their favorite genre.
